This net was founded by Milena and Romanko Woliansky in 2017 - 2018 when CUPO, WAGGS, WOSM celebrated the 160th anniversary of the birth of Agnes Baden - Powell, co -founder of the World Movement Girl Guides and Girl Scouts .
